Motus Medicine ("we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of your health information. This Notice of Privacy Practices ("NPP") describes how we may use and disclose your Protected Health Information (PHI) and your rights regarding that information, as required by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), 45 CFR Part 164.

4. How to File a Complaint

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Motus Medicine or with the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
